Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, parts, materials, supplies, permits, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide concrete replacement services to Caltrans. Bidder must have a current and valid C-8 (Concrete Contractor) license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board and a valid registration with the Department of Industrial Relations at the time of bid submittal and throughout the duration of the Agreement. Bidders must certify under penalty of perjury that their CSLB license is appropriate for the work. Caltrans will verify all required licenses and registrations; copies are not necessary for submittal. During demolition of existing concrete or asphalt, Contractor shall avoid damage to slabs/curbs, vegetation, structures etc. that are to remain in place. Any damage caused by Contractor to existing slabs/curbs, vegetation, structures etc. during demolition process, shall be repaired and/or replaced at Caltrans Contract Manager's discretion, and at no additional cost to Caltrans
