Site work for a road / highway in Stockton, California. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway.

Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, parts, materials, supplies, permits, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide concrete replacement services to Caltrans. Bidder must have a current and valid C-8 (Concrete Contractor) license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board and a valid registration with the Department of Industrial Relations at the time of bid submittal and throughout the duration of the Agreement. Bidders must certify under penalty of perjury that their CSLB license is appropriate for the work. Caltrans will verify all required licenses and registrations; copies are not necessary for submittal. Failure to meet the minimum qualifications will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. an estimated value of greater than $5,000.00, but not more than $461,000.00 Question Deadline 12/17/2025 at 5:00 PM PT Questions regarding this IFPQ must be submitted in writing. Bidders are encouraged to submit their written questions. Written questions must include the individual's name, firm name, complete address, and must reference IFPQ No. 10A2848. Questions must be sent to the following email: Email: laura.heberle@dot.ca.gov *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, tools, equipment, parts, materials, supplies, permits, travel, and incidentals necessary to excavate, dispose, reconstruct, and create sections of walkways as described herein Contractor shall be responsible for assuring all underground utilities are properly marked and located prior to demolition of existing concrete or asphalt. During demolition of existing concrete or asphalt, Contractor shall avoid damage to slabs/curbs, vegetation, structures etc. that are to remain in place. Any damage caused by Contractor to existing slabs/curbs, vegetation, structures etc. during demolition process, shall be repaired and/or replaced at Caltrans Contract Manager's discretion, and at no additional cost to Caltrans
