**As of February 11th, 2026, the project was awarded to Axis Contracting, Inc, with an awarded amount of $5,788,121.70** The project consists of approximately 20,200 SY of pavement replacement, approximately 3,400 linear feet of 16-inch water line, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer improvements, and approximately 50 linear feet of underground water line installation within the railroad right-of-way. Within three months after issuance of the Notice to Proceed, the contractor is required to obtain all railroad insurance required for work within the railroad right-of-way, obtain a Right of Entry from Union Pacific Railroad and Genesee & Wyoming Railroad, and execute and secure all railroad utility construction agreements necessary for project activities. The contractor is responsible for coordinating with the railroads and arranging and paying for railroad flaggers and protection services. Vendors should not contact anyone other than Engineering regarding questions related to the proposal process.
