Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 0-square-foot, one-story above grade, 0-story below grade recreation facility.
The Niagara Parks Commission is seeking to engage the private sector to design, build, finance, maintain and operate a new visitor experience, in the form of a World Class Observation Wheel, under a long-term lease agreement with NPC subject to provincial approval. The location for the new Attraction is to be within Queen Victoria Park, in the area of the Niagara Parkway and Murray Street. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Euna Procurement portal. Do not send hard copies. Proponents must upload the required documents before the closing date and time specified on the Euna Procurement portal for this bid opportunity.
