Separate sealed bids are requested for the 2024-2025 Capital Improvement Program-Phase 3 for the following sites: Lido Complex and Lindell Elementary School. The work includes: Contract No. 1 - General Construction and Contract No. 2 - Electrical Reconstruction. Complete digital sets of the contract documents may be obtained online for a fee, or hard copies can be acquired with a deposit. All bid addenda will be distributed to registered plan holders. Bids must be submitted on the standard proposal form, sealed in an opaque envelope clearly marked with the bidder's name, address, contract name and number, and bid opening date. Each bidder must include security of not less than 10% of the base bid and all alternate bids, as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder or proposals will be rejected within 45 days at the discretion of the School District.
