Contract Award Pending Contract Award on 1/27/2026 The Project consists of an Elevator Modernization at Cherry Hill High School East, 1750 Kresson Road, Cherry Hill, New Jersey 08003; and an Elevator Modernization and New Elevator Addition at Cherry Hill High School West, 2101 Chapel Avenue, Cherry Hill, New Jersey 08002. Cherry Hill High School East - Modernization: Provide modernization of one (1) hydraulic passenger elevator. The capacity of the elevator shall be 2,000 pounds with three (3) landings. The work includes relocating the elevator machine room and vacating the existing elevator machine room. See Specification Section 142423 - Technical Specifications for the Modernization of one (1) Hydraulic High School at Cherry High School East and the drawings. Cherry Hill High School West - Modernization: Provide modernization of one (1) hydraulic passenger elevator. The capacity of the elevator shall be 2,500 pounds with three (3) landings. See Specification Section 142423 - Technical Specifications for the Modernization of one (1) Hydraulic High School at Cherry High School West and the drawings. Cherry Hill High School West - New Electric Traction Elevator Housed in a New Addition: Provide one (1) Machine Room Less (MRL) Electric Traction Elevator with a capacity of 3,500 pounds with three (3) landings. The work includes new construction of an entrance vestibule and elevator hoistway with connections to the existing building and renovations of those adjacent spaces. All tie-in work to integrate into the existing building's systems shall be completed during Second Shift hours, weekends, holidays or Summer Vacation. Class hours on each school day are from 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. unless noted otherwise on the school calendar as a half day (hours may vary per school building). No activities generating excessive or unreasonable noise and/or vibrations will be permitted during school hours.
