Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility.
Sealed proposals are requested for the Gilmour Farm Property Buildings 1 & 2 Demolition. A site visit is scheduled for potential bidders, but attendance is not mandatory. Proposal forms, instructions, and specifications can be downloaded from the specified township website or obtained from the Purchasing Department. Registered vendors will receive any addenda or clarifications. It is the responsibility of the proposer to be aware of any addenda. Proposals must include one original with original signatures marked ORIGINAL, two exact copies marked COPY, and an electronic copy on a flash drive. Compliance with affirmative action and other legal requirements is mandatory. The Township Council reserves the right to reject all proposals and to waive minor informalities as permitted by law. Demolition and removal of two (2) two-story buildings and their contents including any debris, whether above or below ground, sidewalks, driveways, a swimming pool, a greenhouse, septic tanks, and any other items as shown on the plans and as described. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
