The intent of this Request for Qualification (the RFQ) is to seek statements of qualifications Responses (the Responses) from parties (the Respondents) interested in general contracting construction services for the Northwest Langley Wastewater Treatment Plant (NLWWTP) Pre-Construction Ground Improvements. More specifically, the intent of this RFQ is to short-list up to three (3) Respondents to participate in a Tender for Construction Services for the Northwest Langley Wastewater Treatment Plant (NLWWTP) Pre-Construction Ground Improvements; however, the Corporation reserves the right to short-list a greater number of Respondents. The Corporation is seeking to pre-qualify general contracting construction services from experienced contractors for the Northwest Langley Wastewater Treatment Plant (NLWWTP) Pre-Construction Ground Improvements. The Corporation anticipates the Pre-construction Ground Improvements contract to begin in Q3 2026 and be completed by Q4 2027. Documents can be obtained from https://metrovancouver.bidsandtenders.ca/
