The Township requests quotations for the pre-order of concrete box culvert materials for two culvert replacement projects in Langley, BC. The bid prices should include all costs associated with the supply and delivery of the concrete box culvert materials to the project site. The bid items are: • 2438mm Wide x 2134mm High ASTM C1433 concrete box culvert • 4267mm Wide x 3658mm High ASTM C1433 concrete box culvert with baffles Delivery of these materials is dependent upon the Township obtaining all permits/approvals required for construction in the 2026 In-Stream Works window and budget permitting. Total price must include freight and delivery of all materials to the site as early as August 1, 2026. Individual items will need to be delivered upon request to the sites during the month of August 2026. The Township’s construction contractor will be responsible for off-loading box sections on-site as they are delivered. Bidders should have a Bidding System Vendor account and be registered as a Plan Taker for this opportunity. Quotations must be submitted electronically through the Bidding System in the form provided. Bidders are responsible for ensuring their submission is received by the system prior to the closing date and time. Questions related to this request are to be submitted only through the Bidding System. Late submissions are not permitted. Quotations must be authorized by a signing officer. Any addenda must be acknowledged in the submission. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, to waive irregularities, to award in whole or part, or to cancel the quotation process. Bidders must ensure all information needed for preparation of their quotations is obtained and are responsible for determining existing conditions and limitations for delivery of goods. Alternative quotations may be submitted in addition to a conforming quotation. Payments will be made by electronic funds transfer. All quotations are subject to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Solicitations of members of the City Council or any related Committee or Commission during the quotation period may be cause for rejection.
