Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) is inviting non-binding quotations from qualified vendors for the supply, fabrication, and installation of a new perimeter fence, one (1) manually operated vehicle gate with an attached pedestrian gate at the driveway, and one (1) standalone pedestrian gate at the overpass, at the Header House located on the Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) Langley Campus in Langley, BC. The project includes providing all required materials, hardware, posts, and footings; coordinating installation with existing site conditions; and ensuring the final system meets campus security, Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED), and public-sector standards. Contractors must verify site dimensions, follow the designated fence alignment and gate locations shown on the provided site map, and deliver a durable, high-quality installation suitable for an institutional environment.
