Inspect the downstream infrastructure, as there could be significant corrosion to the downstream infrastructure. Infiltration should be abated with chemical grout, which will also fill any voids that have formed beneath the community centre floor. Replace the rungs with chemically resistant rungs. Schedule the float frame and the riser braces for replacement with a stainless steel or a coated material to prevent further corrosion. Materials and application should be reviewed with manufacturers prior to installation.
