Site work for a water / sewer project in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The work includes installation of a cured-in-place pipe liner of approximately 1,824 linear feet within a 26-inch x 36-inch brick sanitary sewer main located beneath Center Street NE. The project also includes installation and maintenance of bypass sewer piping, reinstatement of service laterals and collector sewer connections, rehabilitation of existing sewer manholes, and repair at a utility cross-bored through the brick sewer. Bids must be submitted electronically through the specified bid platform prior to the closing date and time. Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the bid must accompany each bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and postpone award of the contract for thirty days. Each bid must be completed on the forms provided and meet the technical and submission requirements detailed in the instructions to bidders. All prospective bidders must obtain documents by registering on the designated procurement website, regularly check for addenda, and ensure compliance with all nondiscrimination and prevailing wage requirements.
