All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the SIR/Request for Proposal and all associated attachments for the FAA requirement for Power Systems Design & Install. A stand-alone contract with a firm fixed-price arrangement is anticipated. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) on the date offers are due, and the FAA may proceed to the next otherwise successful registered offeror if SAM registration is not completed as required. The FAA reserves the right to review and verify program eligibility and may communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the SIR process. This announcement does not constitute a contract, and the Government is not liable for any costs associated with proposal preparation or submission. Questions must be submitted via email to the designated FAA contacts no later than March 13, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CDT, with all correspondence marked with solicitation number 6973GH-26-R-00018. Responses received after the specified deadline may not be considered, and incomplete submissions may be deemed ineligible. Phase I bids are due April 3, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CDT. The applicable NAICS code is 238210, with a size standard of $19M.
