Renovation of an educational facility in Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
As of January 26, 2026 Project has not been awarded. Award will be on February 9, 2026 The Board of Education of Waverly Community Schools is accepting firm, sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and all other services to complete Asbestos Abatement at Colt Elementary School and for Waverly Community Schools. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided in the bid packet, include a bid bond or certified check for not less than 5% of the contract, and provide performance/labor and material bonds upon award. Bidders must provide familial disclosure in compliance with MCL 380.1267, including a sworn and notarized statement of any familial relationship between the bidder and Waverly Community Schools Board members or Superintendent, and disclose any relationship with any Iranian Company as per Act No. 517. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part, to award contract to other than the low bidder, to waive any irregularities and/or informalities, and to make awards in any manner deemed to be in the best interests of the owner. No bids may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after opening, and proposals must remain firm for a period of 60 days. Questions may be addressed to: Nova Environmental, Inc.
