Bids must include the completed statement to be accepted or considered. A bid bond is required with this bid in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Certified payrolls are required with each invoice or pay application. A performance, labor and materials bond will be required to cover 100% of the project. The Lansing School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part and to accept the proposal or portion of the proposal that, in their opinion, best serves the interests of the Lansing School District.
