Request for Proposal for furnishing of Water Main Relocation. The Lansing Board of Water & Light (BWL) is seeking proposals for construction services for a Water Main Relocation at the Banta Drain in Belle Chase Way and Pine Tree Road. This work consists of the installation of new water main and removal of existing water main at two (2) separate locations which total approximately 244 feet of 12-inch water main, and 111 feet of 24-inch steel casing placed by jack & bore, including associated restoration.
