The work includes necessary renovations of Room 007 and Room 029 for new equipment on the ground floor at the Horizon Building. The scope includes architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical work. Bidders must obtain bidding documents and plans from the provided source to be listed as an official plan holder. Bid security is required in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. The successful contractor will be required to provide performance and labor and material payment bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price. All written communications with official plan holders and bidders will be via email or website posting. Bids sent via email will not be accepted.
