The Final Acceptance Date is 370 consecutive calendar days from the date of the execution of the Contract or NTP and Letter Contract. Question Deadline 12/29/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Question Submission Deadline If a prospective Bidder has any questions or requests for clarification relative to this Solicitation, the prospective Bidder shall submit all questions and requests for clarification electronically. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, hazardous material abatement, supervision and other services for the construction of the Project in accordance with this Section C, the Project Contract Plans (Attachment J.1.1), DGS Standard Contract Provisions, DDOT Gold Book (Attachment J.1.2), Project Special Provisions (Attachment J.1.3), and other associated attachments in Section J.1. The Contractor's scope of work shall include, but is not limited to, site and utility demolition within the project limits of disturbance, erosion and sediment control measures, new underground wet and dry utilities, and a new roadway for approximately 1183 linear feet ("LF") for Sycamore Drive SE, including intersections at Cypress Street SE, Pecan Street SE, and approximately 295 LF for Redwood Drive SE. The scope of work also includes construction of storm sewer and sanitary sewer infrastructure improvements and related streetscape and erosion and sediment ("E&S") control measures.
