The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) seeks proposals to establish multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for the design and construction of CBP facilities across the United States. The scope includes checkpoints, sector headquarters, border patrol stations, and air facilities, all to be delivered in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Each IDIQ contract will have a five-year term from the date of award. A Design-Build selection process will be utilized for this procurement. Location: Various sites throughout the United States. Questions pertaining to Phase 1(A) are due 12/30/25 at noon.
