DC Water is issuing this Request for Information to solicit Letters of Interests from the private sector to support continued project planning and procurement development. Your input will help us assess potential solutions and inform future procurement strategies. While participation is voluntary and non-binding, your feedback is highly valued. Please include any relevant details as per the RFI Document Attached. (a) Design firms with demonstrated expertise in large-diameter conveyance rehabilitation, complex maintenance-of-flow operations, and design for wastewater infrastructure projects of similar scale and technical complexity. (b) Construction firms with proven capability in delivering rehabilitation of large-diameter sewer systems, including planning and executing maintenance-of-flow during construction.
