DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work generally includes HVAC upgrades to the existing community pavilion, together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goals, Targeted Group Business Program Goals, and Veteran-Owned Small Business, Equal Employment Opportunity Provisions, Buy American Iron and Steel Provisions, and Build America Buy America. PROJECT LOCATION A. The project location is 5577 Cromwell Park Dr, Cromwell, MN 55726. Construction may start no earlier than January 8 th , 2026. COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the Contract must be complete by March 20, 2026. Question Deadline 12/31/2025 :- Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Architect in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
