Includes construction of intersection improvements at 980 South Mill Road in Heber City, Utah. The project will include removal of existing asphalt, curb and gutter, and sidewalk, followed by installation of traffic calming measures and pedestrian crossing improvements. Traffic calming measures include bulb out structures with new curb and gutter and sidewalk improvements. Pedestrian crossing improvements include overhead and at-grade crossing assemblies, and new pedestrian ramps and crosswalk locations. Re-striping of crosswalks, driving and bike lanes is also included. Construction is to begin onsite following the last day of school (May 29, 2026) and be completed by June 30, 2026. Heber City Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any part of any bid, including the right to waive any informality in any part of any bid within the best interest of Heber City. Cashier or Certified check or bid bond made payable to Heber City Corporation in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid.
