The scope of work requires qualified vendors or individuals to provide inspections and testing for fire protection systems in compliance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards at the United States Coast Guard base in New Orleans. Contractors must review the performance work statement to understand all requirements and are strongly encouraged to visit the facility for field measurements and evaluations to assess existing conditions. All work must be completed in accordance with the performance work statement. The contract includes a one-year base period from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, with four additional one-year option periods extending through December 31, 2030. Quotes must include total pricing for the base year and all option years. This will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order awarded to the lowest bidder and is set aside 100% for small businesses. Contractors must be actively registered in SAM.gov to be eligible.
