As of January 12, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded by the WTMUA board members at their meeting at the end of the month. Sealed bids are invited for the Service of Well 9 and an Alternate Bid to seal Well 19 in Washington Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided and in accordance with the specifications available from the Washington Township Municipal Utilities Authority. All bids are to be enclosed in sealed envelopes showing the bidder's name and address and referencing the specific work being bid on. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, executed by the bidder and an approved surety company, for at least ten percent of the bid amount, not to exceed $20,000, and a certificate letter from the surety confirming the provision of a completion bond. The contract award is contingent upon the Authority securing funds and necessary State, Federal, or Local permits. Bidders must comply with affirmative action regulations, the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, stockholder disclosure requirements, the Public Works Contractor Registration Act, and business registration proof for both the bidder and any subcontractors. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
