Sealed bids are requested for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, appliances, transportation, and services necessary for the Whiting HS Roof Replacement as specified in the Project Manual. Bids must be submitted on forms supplied and in sealed envelopes marked with the project title and bidder's information. Bids not prepared and filed according to the Instructions to Bidders may be rejected. Each bid must include a bid bond or certified/cashier's check for at least five percent of the total bid amount. Bonds or checks must not have an expiration date of less than one year. Fax or other copies of bonds are not acceptable. No bids will be considered without the required bond or check, or if not in compliance with the relevant statutory provision. Project Manual and Plans will be available for download for a fee.
