**As of February 23, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Project scope includes construction of approximately 9,928 linear feet of 8-inch through 4-inch water lines, 15,835 linear feet of 18-inch, 12-inch, 10-inch, and 8-inch sanitary sewer lines, and 3,556 linear feet of 42-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) through 18-inch RCP storm sewer, as per NCTCOG, Construction Plans, and City of Princeton specifications, to serve 182 lots on approximately 31 acres. Bids must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, or a bid bond equal to five percent of the total bid amount, made payable to the Owner. Only bids from parties attending the mandatory pre-bid conference will be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous and to waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened.
