Sealed Bids are requested for the construction of the Wyoming County Housing and Redevelopment Authority Meshoppen Townhouse Development Wastewater Treatment Plant Replacement Project. The work involves replacement of the existing extended aeration plant with a new 8,000 gpd package steel plant, including all required yard piping, wiring, and conduit needed to provide a complete and operable system. Bids will be received for a single prime contract and must be submitted on a lump sum basis. All prospective bidders must register and obtain bidding documents from Milnes Engineering, Inc. Attendance at a pre-bid conference at the project site is mandatory. Each bid must include security in the amount of ten percent of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond for 100% of the contract price. Should the bid exceed $25,000, the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act applies.
