Riverview Community Schools District - Select Roof Repairs The Riverview Community School District Board of Education will be accepting bids for labor and materials for Tremco roofing repairs at Memorial and Forest Elementary Schools. All bidders must be Tremco certified to be considered. It shall be the bidders responsibility to field verify and design their own installation plan and shall include all parts necessary to provide a turnkey installation. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids in whole or in part and to waive any informality or irregularity therein, or to award the contract to other than the low bidder, in its sole discretion. Riverview Community School District reserves the right to accept that bid which in its opinion, is in the best interest of the Owner regardless of the bid amount.
