Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Royal Oak, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental items for the following major items of work: o Traffic control and barricading o Removal of concrete and composite pavement and curb and gutter o Street tree removal including tree grates o Street light removal including concrete base o Concrete driveway/sidewalk construction o Architectural cast-in-place concrete o Composite decking surface treatment o 8" ductile iron water main installation o Electrical conduit construction o Drainage structures and piping o HMA paving o Site lighting installation and electrical distribution o Decomposed granite fines o Telescopic stainless-steel bollards o Seat wall o Site furniture (benches, tables, bike racks, etc.) o Landscape Planting/Irrigation The provisions of the City of Royal Oak Ordinance 2022-07, Responsible Contractor Ordinance do not apply to this project. Question Deadline 01/06/2026 at 1:00 PM ET Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond by a recognized surety company in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, payable to the City of Royal Oak as security for the acceptance of the contract. No bidder may withdraw his proposal between the date set for the opening thereof and the date upon which the contract is awarded. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and the right to waive defects in proposals.
