Patrick County Economic Development & Tourism office is seeing proposals for qualified and experienced engineering firms to provide proposals for the design, engineering, and construction of a natural gas line to tap into the existing Patriot Pipeline. The Project will serve the immediate energy needs of Rich Creek Corporate Park and allow for future commercial distribution expansion. The Project Partner will, through qualified and experienced contractors and engineering support, conduct the necessary study and analysis to submit a compelling proposal for the design, engineering, and construction of a natural gas line to tap into the existing Patriot Pipeline. The Project will serve the immediate energy needs of the Rich Creek Corporate Park and allow for future commercial distribution expansion. Upon completion and submission of the initial data gathering, the study, and a proposal by the Project Partner, the Economic Development Authority reserves the right to continue working with the selected Project Partner (and its contractors and engineering firm) throughout the planning, design, and construction portions of the project that are recommended in the feasibility study. The issuing authority reserves the right to reject any oro all proposals, waive informalities, and accept the proposal deemed in the best interest of the Economic Development Authority of Patrick County and affiliated stakeholders.
