Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Citrus Heights, California. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
The City of Citrus Heights is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering services related to frontage improvements on Sunrise Boulevard and Greenback Lane in front of the Citys proposed Sunrise Tomorrow Project. The design includes approximately 4,200 linear feet of frontage improvements along Sunrise Boulevard and Greenback Lane, design of a new signalized intersection on Sunrise Boulevard, signal modifications of existing signalized intersections, and a transit center capable of operating for both conventional transit and future Bus Rapid Transit (BRT). Consultants must comply with the Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures Manual and all other requirements for federally funded grant projects, including appropriate financial management and accounting systems. Proposers shall carefully examine the RFP and any addenda, and become fully aware of the nature and conditions to be encountered in performing the services. Proposals must be submitted as specified in the RFP. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept any or all proposals, as deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Citrus Heights.
