For Design Professional Services relating to The University of Arizona's Landscape Master Plan. The University of Arizona invites interested and qualified Specialty Consultant Teams to submit a written Statement of Qualifications to provide Design Professional Services, including Landscape Architecture, Planning and Urban Design Services, relating to the proposed Landscape Master Plan for the Campus of the University of Arizona in Tucson. This is a qualifications-based selection process. Neither design proposals nor fee proposals are desired at this time. The University of Arizona's Landscape Master Plan will provide a comprehensive framework to guide the long-term development, preservation, and stewardship of the campus landscape and Arboretum. Rooted in the University's Strategic Imperatives, its identity as a land grant and research 1 institution, its community values, and setting within the Sonoran Desert, the plan will promote sustainability, connectivity, and inclusive outdoor experiences. By establishing clear design standards, adaptive strategies, and funding pathways, it will support a vibrant, resilient, and future-ready campus environment. The following guiding principles provide a framework to guide this process 1. Intellectual and Social Infrastructure 2. Sense of Place 3. Heritage Preservation 4. Sustainability and Resilience The following goals support the guiding principles within the master plan. 1. Character and Cultural Spaces 2. Campus Connectivity 3. Sustainability and Ecological Performance 4. Campus Arboretum and Research Integration 5. Maintenance and Operations Best Practices 6. Landscape Design and Development Standards 7. Funding and Implementation Strategy Submission of a Statement of Qualifications shall constitute unconditional acceptance by the Respondent of all the terms, clauses, and conditions of the Pro Forma Agreement which will be used for this Project. A copy of this Pro Forma Agreement can be found in the Appendix of this Request for Qualifications. Please address all inquiries concerning this Request for Qualifications, the Project, or the selection process in general, ONLY to the University's Project Manager The University reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, or to withhold the award for any reason it may determine, and to waive or decline to waive irregularities in any SOQ. All information regarding the content of the Statements of Qualifications will remain confidential until an award is made or until all Statements of Qualifications are rejected.
