The project is funded through the North Carolina Resilient Coastal Communities Program - Phase 3 Implementation Support. The objectives are to reduce flooding, improve stormwater resilience, enhance water quality, restore natural hydrology, and strengthen coastal resilience along the Filbert's Creek corridor. Proposals are sought from firms with experience in stream and riparian restoration, stormwater and watershed engineering, coastal resilience design, nature-based solutions, North Carolina environmental permitting, and RCCP program implementation.
