Caldwell County is seeking a qualified engineering firm for the Preliminary Engineering Report (PER), Design, and Construction Services for the Foothills Regional Airport Industrial Sewer Project. The scope includes evaluating options for installing public sanitary sewer to the Foothills Regional Airport and the surrounding 1,054 acres owned by the airport authority. The selected firm will coordinate with staff from the Foothills Regional Airport and the City of Lenoir Utility Department. The County requires two hard copies of the proposal (no more than 30 pages double-sided) and one electronic copy on a flash drive. Caldwell County encourages small, female, minority, and local contractors to bid and promotes fair housing and equal employment opportunities.
