The City of Santa Ana (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations (Proposers) to provide lighting at Bristol-Tolliver Park Basketball Court . See EXHIBIT I for complete Scope of Services. Question Deadline 12/30/2025 at 4:00 AM PT Online Q&A Yes. Questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted via online . Responses to all questions will be posted on online . Estimated Bid Value $100,000.00 Proposers are required to comply with all CARB and Regulation requirements, including, without limitation, all applicable sections of the Regulation, as codified in Title 13 of the California Code of Regulations section 2449 et seq. throughout the duration of the Project. Proposers must provide, with their Proposal, copies of Proposer's and all listed subcontractors' most recent, valid Certificate of Reported Compliance ("CRC") issued by CARB. Failure to provide valid CRCs as required herein may render the Proposal non-responsive. 1) Contractor must have been in business continuously for the most recent five (5) years prior to the date of this RFP. 2) Minimum three (3) most recent years of experience performing similar services as those detailed in the Scope of Services section of this RFP. 3) CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE: In accordance with California Public Contracting Code 3300, the City requires Contractors to possess a valid California Class B or C-10 Contractor's License at the time bids are opened and to maintain this and all other applicable licenses and certifications required to perform the work specified herein. Requests submitted for City's consideration of proposed terms and conditions, including modifications to the City's RFP and/or Contract terms and conditions must be submitted by the deadline for questions. Such requests should include an attachment in Word or PDF format on formal company letterhead that shows the requested modifications.
