Sealed bids are invited for the 2026 HVAC Improvement Project at Burlington Township High School, Fountain Woods Elementary School, and B. Bernice Young Elementary School, including all incidental work as required by the drawings and specifications prepared by the designated engineers. Bids must be made using the provided proposal forms, enclosed in a sealed envelope with the bidder's details and proposal identification, and accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for at least ten percent of the base bid amount (not exceeding $20,000.00). Bidders must comply with relevant New Jersey State Laws regarding prequalification, prevailing wage rates, use of domestic materials, disclosure laws, and contractor registration. All bidders (and their listed subcontractors) must possess the specified New Jersey Division of Property Management and Construction classifications for Prime HVACR Contractor (C032) and subcontractors for General Construction/Alterations & Additions (C009), Structural Steel & Ornamental Iron (C029), and Electrical (C047). Proposals must be submitted using the provided forms, cannot be modified after submission, and may not be withdrawn for sixty days after bid opening.
