The Mobile County Commission is soliciting Statements of Interest from qualified Design Professional/Code Compliance firms and individuals interested in providing professional evaluation, design, and administrative services related to the implementation of permanent emergency generator systems. Firms and individuals must possess a Certificate of Authorization in compliance with the applicable Code of Alabama sections as required by the State of Alabama Board for Registration of Architects or the Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the detailed Request for Proposals, be sealed and properly labeled, and received and date stamped by the County no later than the specified deadline. The County reserves the right to approve or reject any and all applications and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposal process. Minority and Women Owned businesses as well as Section 3 businesses are encouraged to submit proposals.
