Sealed bids are requested for Regala Pedestrian Trail Lights. Bids must be submitted either at the designated address or electronically and be properly sealed and marked with the bidder’s name, address, Louisiana State Contractors License Number, and the bid identification. Bid documents can be viewed or downloaded from the parish website or Central Bidding, or obtained by contacting specified parish representatives. There is a mandatory pre-bid conference for all bidders. Written questions and comments regarding the bid must be submitted to the Purchasing & Procurement Department by the specified deadline. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause, as per relevant Louisiana statutes. No bid may be withdrawn within forty-five days after opening except as specified by law. Participation by minority and female-owned businesses, and local businesses, is encouraged. Special accommodations must be requested in advance for persons with disabilities.
