Seeking quotes to either repair or replace a Roll up Curtain Bay Door at DPW Headquarters. Bay 5 door is a power operated roll up curtain door with an approximate measurement of 22' 0" Wide by 12' 3" tall with an existing roll up curtain door on it not is not functioning properly. The city is looking for 2 quotes from potential contractors one quote should be to 1. - Furnish and install an entirely new curtain on the existing door. Zero existing slats to be reused. This quote should be to replace curtain only and reuse as much existing material as possible. 2. a quote to Furnish and install an entire new door including, o Curtain (Slats), o Bottom Bar, Guides (Tracks), o Pipe shaft/Tube, Springs (Torsion/Extension), o Rollers/Hinges, o Brackets, o Cables, o Hood, o Opener, all working to raise and lower the door while keeping it sealed and guided. The city is looking for two prices: 1. to replace the existing curtain door with a new one ZERO existing slats to be reused; and 2. to furnish and install an entire new apparatus including all labor and materials and electrical. Prevailing Wages Must be paid and wage sheet is in bid documents.
