Description

Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Holyoke, Massachusetts. Working plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

The Holyoke Housing Authority (HHA) is seeking qualified General Contractors to provide construction services for an affordable housing project, South Holyoke Homes Phase 3. This Request for Qualifications is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process. HHA will evaluate submitted responses based upon the identified evaluation criteria and will select those respondents it deems qualified. Firms interested in being prequalified must demonstrate that they have prior tax credit development experience.
