The City of Holyoke Purchasing Department, as the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Demolition Contractors - Building Demolition and disposal of the 115 Newton St. Contractors must have a DCAMM Prime Certificate of Eligibility in Demolition. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. City reserves the right to reject any and all bids if in the City's best interest. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
