The Town of Duxbury seeks qualified bidders for the Temple Street Dam Removal Project, which involves removing the Temple Street Dam and replacing it with a three-step riffle/pool stream segment. The purpose is to ensure passage for fish and other aquatic species, restore ecological processes, and restore natural hydrology while avoiding downstream flood impacts to infrastructure.
