The project consists of furnishing specified equipment and materials for the construction of improvements to the NW-15 Lift Station. The equipment under this bid includes pumps, electrical equipment, flow meter, and appurtenances as described in the Bid Documents and Specifications. Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form, filled in completely and accurately, particularly as it pertains to alternate bid items. Before issuing a purchase order for the equipment and materials, an investigation will be conducted to determine the performance record and ability of the apparent low bidder to perform the size and type of work specified. Upon request, the bidder must submit information as deemed necessary to evaluate qualifications. The Authority reserves the right to waive informalities in the bid, reject any or all proposals not conforming to the intent and purpose of the contract documents, and to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed forty-five days from the bid opening date.
