Professional Engineering Continuing Services for Okeechobee County projects are required. Proposals should include a letter of transmittal requesting certification as qualified to provide the required professional services, an organizational profile and firm qualifications, resumes of individuals to perform the work, the scope of services proposed, a public entity crimes affidavit, standard forms SF 330, and other pertinent information about the firm. Interested firms must submit one original proposal and four copies (total of five), plus one PDF copy on a flash drive, in a sealed enclosure bearing the name and address of the proposer and titled as specified. Proposals received after the specified time and date will not be considered. Okeechobee County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, select the most qualified firm(s) for each or all projects, waive technical errors and informalities, and accept the proposal(s) that best serve the public interest. Okeechobee County is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
