The project consists of replacing an obsolete 400 KW exterior diesel generator and an 800 A interior automatic transfer switch. The generator and automatic transfer switch will be furnished by the User Agency and installed by the Contractor. Bidders must be certified by DOA prior to submitting bids for state construction projects with budgets over $100,000. All bids received from non-certified contractors will be rejected. Certification applications and instructions can be obtained from the DOA website or upon request from DFD. Sealed bids must be submitted as a PDF scanned file (including all required bid documents and signatures) via the eBuilder Bidding Portal (preferred), US Mail or third-party delivery, or by hand delivery to the designated drop box at the State of Wisconsin Administration Building, 101 East Wilson Street, Madison, Wisconsin 53703. It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure the sealed bid is delivered or submitted before the specified time. Third party delivery is at the bidder's risk.
