Oaks Stairway & Overlook Project which located approximately 14 miles north of the city of Azusa on federal lands managed by the Angeles National Forest San Gabriel Mountains National Monument, within the boundaries of the Watershed Conservation Authority territory. The oaks access site is located directly opposite to the oaks picnic area, approximately .5 miles downstream of the junction of East-Fork Road and Glendora Mountain Road. Question deadline 01/12/2026 1pm PST. Pre-Bid Meeting 12/08/2025 at 10:00 AM PT A bid guarantee from each bidder equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the bid price. The ''bid guarantee'' must consist of a firm commitment such as a bid bond, certified check, or other negotiable instrument accompanying a bid as assurance that the bidder will, upon acceptance of the bid, execute such contractual documents as may be required within the time specified.'' Requests for Information (RFIs) Due December 15, 2025 - 1:00pm Tentative construction dates will be between February 2026 and December 2026. Actual start date for the project will be given through an official notice to proceed letter. Working hours for this project will be 6:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Liquidated damages in the amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500) per day can be assessed for this project if it is not completed within 189 calendar days from notice to proceed.
