Renovation of an educational facility in Greybull, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 45,600-square-foot educational facility.
*As of March 24, 2026, the project was awarded to Limmer Roofing, with an awarded amount of $304,335.13.** Greybull Elementary School Roof Replacement The Work includes the installation of approximately 42,750 SF of asphalt shingle roofing system, including asphalt shingles, ice and water barrier, underlayment, metal drip edge, and flashing. Additionally, the Work is to include the installation of approximately 2,850 SF of a nominal 45-mil to 60-mil mechanically attached or fully-adhered single-ply membrane roofing system or approved equal, a minimum 1/4 " thick cover board, and polyisocyanurate tapered insulation to create grade. Question Deadline 02/05/2026 at 2:00 PM MT Bidders and sub-bidders having questions, requiring clarification, interpretation or any RFls (Request for Information) regarding the procurement documents shall make a written request via email to Carter Baxter at Engineering Associates at carter.baxter@EAengineers.com, with a copy to Joe Forcella at jforcella@bgh3.k12.wy.us. Interpretations, corrections, and changes of the contract documents shall be made by Addendum CONSTRUCTION COSTS: $ 350,000 to $ 400,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
