Renovation of a municipal facility in Greybull, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,556-square-foot municipal facility.
Project Magnitude: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Greybull Work Center Renovations to include all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and permits necessary to complete the renovation and site improvements at the United States Forest Service (USFS) Bighorn National Forest, Greybull Work Center. The project includes upgrades to two primary buildingsBarracks and Hotshot OfficeShopas well as site-wide improvements. The goal is to modernize the facility, improve energy efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety and accessibility standards. This project addresses deferred maintenance, improves infrastructure, and enhances the working environment for permanent and seasonal staff. The total building area is approximately 10,556 SF.
