Provide transportation, equipment, materials, and perform all labor required to repair and rewind a failed 250kVA dry type 13.8kV - 120/240V single phase transformer. The offeror shall e-mail questions concerning sensitive technology to the Department of State at CISADA106@state.gov. 20 Jan 2026 To 20 Feb 2026 Scope: The work covered by this Performance Work Statement (PWS) consists of providing transportation, equipment, materials, and performing all labor required to repair/rewind failed 250kVA Dry type 13.8kV - 120/240V Single phase transformer. 2. Location of Work: The pickup and return location is 106 Peacekeeper Dr, Facility 301, Offutt AFB, Nebraska. 3. Major Items of Work: Transport transformer: o Pickup from and return to 106 Peacekeeper Dr, Offutt AFB, NE 68113. Repair transformer: o A full inspection of the unit will be performed once it arrives at the factory o Remove Core & Coil from Enclosure if required. (See Notes section for details) o Disassembly of core and coil assembly. o Thoroughly clean Core and all structural parts to remove any dust or contaminants & baked dry. o Replacement / manufacturing of all original Cast coils (Phase A & B) of transformer with New VPI Coils. o Replace all required insulators that may have damage and/or as required for new coils construction. o Replace existing phase barriers along with cables and jumper leads. o Clean all Bus Work o Reassembly of complete core and coil assembly. o Dip and Bake Core & Coil Assembly in Isonel for complete Environmental Protection. o Preform IEEE test and provide customer with certified test report o Prep unit for return shipment 4. Codes: All work and personnel shall conform to the latest applicable NFPA, OSHA, Air Force Instructions (AFI), United Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-535-01, and other Industry Standards.
