Qualifications are being solicited for professional services for the 2026 calendar year by the Township of West Orange. Professional services requested include: Legal (Municipal Attorney, Assistant Municipal Attorney, Municipal Prosecutor, Alternate Municipal Prosecutor, Labor Attorney, Planning Board Attorney, Zoning Board Attorney, Redevelopment Attorney, Bond Attorney, Municipal Tax Appeal Attorney, Public Advocate, Special OPRA Counsel, Special Property Maintenance Prosecution Counsel, Special ABC Counsel, Hearing Officer, Rent Leveling Board Attorney, and Special Counsel); Financial (Municipal Auditor, Municipal Redevelopment Financial Consultant, Municipal Financial Consulting Services, Miscellaneous Services); Insurance (Risk Management Services); Planning/Architectural/General (Municipal Planning Services, Municipal Engineering Services, Municipal Architectural Services, Municipal Landscape Architectural Services, Real Estate Appraisal Services, Environmental Consulting Services, Traffic Consulting Services, Tax Mapping Land Surveyor, Affordable Housing Administrator, Housing Rehabilitation Consultant, Affordable Housing Planner, Environmental Compliance Officer, Forester for private property); Medical (Psychological Consulting Services, Medical Director, Veterinary Services, Cancer Screening for The West Orange Fire Department). Sealed requests for qualifications must be submitted to the Township of West Orange, 66 Main Street, West Orange, NJ 07052, Attn: Panayiota Reynolds, QPA, no later than January 7, 2026 at 1:00PM. Envelopes must be clearly marked with the title of RFQ, name and address of the submitting party, and may be mailed or hand delivered to the Purchasing Office, room 111 at the above address. Submissions by Corporations, Partnerships and sole proprietors must include a completed Disclosure of Ownership, a valid NJ Business Registration Certificate, and must comply with Equal Employment Opportunity requirements. Contractors are advised of their responsibility to file an annual disclosure statement on political contributions with the New Jersey Election Enforcement Commission, if they receive contracts in excess of $50,000 in the aggregate from public entities during the calendar year.
