Demolition, site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Southwest Ranches, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The Town of Southwest Ranches (Town) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the purchase and installation of a new pre-engineered metal storage building. The project includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, machinery, expertise, services, and all else necessary and reasonably inferable for proper construction and completion of the project consisting of the demolition and disposal of the existing shed, site preparation, foundation/slab work, delivery coordination, complete installation of the new structure, and any finishes/site restoration. The Substantial Completion of the Project shall occur no later than ninety (90) calendar days from date of issuance of the Notice to Proceed, and Final Completion shall occur no later than one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from date of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Town of Southwest Ranches Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person.
